These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Open Agent Gateway platform and services (the "Service") provided by Open Agent Gateway ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Open Agent Gateway provides an AI agent gateway platform that enables AI agents to interact with third-party services through natural language interfaces. The Service includes API access, credential management, action logging, and related tools.
To access the Service, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to use the Service to:
The Service enables connections to third-party services. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service and acceptable use policies of any third-party services you connect through the gateway. We are not responsible for any third-party services, their availability, or their handling of your data.
You are solely responsible for managing API credentials stored within the Service. You acknowledge that actions taken through the gateway using your stored credentials are your responsibility. We recommend using the minimum required permissions for all connected services.
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Open Agent Gateway and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data or content you transmit through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Open Agent Gateway shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Open Agent Gateway, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
